Located in Seattle, I am a visual designer experienced in digital and print. My work and experience have driven results for companies such as Lexus, Holland America, Acura, Starz, Costco, Honda, Nordstrom, and Seattle Pacific University, as well as many small businesses. I have designed and art directed in corporate environments, agency settings, startups, and freelance.
I enjoy design challenges from start to finish and am well aware of my responsibilities. I also relish working and collaborating with teams that require designs for their projects. I have won numerous design awards from SPD and CASE for editorial design spreads and ad campaigns.
I've had numerous opportunities in various disciplines of graphic design and art direction. However, I must admit that editorial design holds a special place for me. The challenges of fitting all the content with the right assets, working with photographers, illustrators, and the editors (of course), the kick-off meetings for the upcoming issue, and witnessing the completed magazine – all bring a smile to my face.
